How to use stick and stitch:

Peel off the paper backing, stick the pattern to your fabric, stitch through the pattern and the fabric with your chosen threads. The printed design will disappear completely, so embroider all the areas you want to fill.

Rinse or soak the embroidered piece in warm water to dissolve the stabiliser and pattern.

Please check your threads are colourfast before you start stitching.
