Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on colettemoscrop.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries about the Colette Moscrop Terms and Conditions, please contact us at hello [at] colettemoscrop.com.

Colette Moscrop is owned and managed by Colette Bamattre T/A Colette Moscrop. All images, text and products are Copyright of Colette Moscrop.

The Contract

Once full payment for the goods has been received, we will dispatch your order, at this point the contract begins between you, the Customer and Colette Moscrop.

Accuracy of Content

We take great care to accurately describe all our products. Whilst every effort is made to accurately photograph our products, please note that every monitor displays colour slightly differently. All sizes mentioned are approximate.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information on the website at anytime without giving prior notice.

Stock Levels

We take great care to ensure our stock levels are as accurate as can be. Stock is available on ColetteMoscrop.com and on Etsy. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you by email and advise you when we will be restocking this product or refund you for the item(s).

Workshops

Booking and Payment

Full payment must be made in advance to secure your place on a workshop.

In order to go ahead, workshops need a minimum of 2 students booked onto each session.
Cancellations

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds if you are unable to attend a workshop, you can transfer your space to a friend if you wish, simply email me with their name and contact details to arrange this.

If Colette Moscrop must cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, a full refund will be offered, or you can be transferred onto a future workshop.

Please note Colette Moscrop will not be liable for any other costs incurred such as travel or accommodation.

Location

Workshops take place in my Garden Studio in Harrow, West London, full details will be provided on booking. There are 2 steps into the workshop, and a flight of stairs to use the bathroom. Please bear this in mind before booking.

There is plenty of parking on the residential street and good tube and transport links.
Health and Safety

Reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the health and safety of all visitors. Please follow any health and safety advice given and be mindful of others working around you in the studio.
Colette Moscrop cannot be held liable for accident or injury, loss or damage to you or your personal possessions during the workshop or whilst on the premises.

Payment and Prices

Our prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling and are correct at the time of listing a product. Payment can be made through Stripe or PayPal. Colette Moscrop does not store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

We reserve the right not to process your order if we do not deliver to your area or we do not have enough stock to fulfil your order.

If we cannot fulfil your order we will notify you by e-mail and refund you as soon as possible but no longer than 14 days after payment has been received.

Delivery

We use Royal Mail as our delivery provider and send items Second Class Signed for in the UK. We will deliver the products to the address you specify at the time of ordering, please make sure that your address details are accurate. We aim to ship items within 3 working days. All orders are sent from our London Studio in the UK.

International Deliveries

We offer international shipping to most countries. If you are located in within the EU please order from our Etsy shop as we are unable to process EU orders through colettemoscrop.com. We do not ship to Germany due to the German Packaging Act, unfortunately the admin and fees involved are too great for a small business to accommodate.

You may be liable for customs duty, import taxes and / or handling fees as the goods enter into your country. These will need to be paid by you in order to receive your parcel from customs, fees vary from country to country, it is your responsibility to research and pay these fees before ordering from us. Colette Moscrop is not liable for any of these additional charges.

Order Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your order, however if you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by e-mail through the contact page on our website, providing your name, address and order number.

If your order was bespoke, ie custom made / printed to order or cut to size specifically for you, these products cannot be returned.

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can arrange a refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the order to us in its original condition. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility and we advise you to use a recorded service and obtain proof of posting.

You must return any items to us within 14 days after the day on which you have received your order. You need to inform us by e-mail, hello [at] colettemoscrop.com with your contact details and order number and let us know why you are returning the items. Your item must be returned in its original condition, we will assess the item(s) returned, if any damage has occurred to the item(s), we will deduct this from the refund, we will notify you of this by email. You will be refunded within 28 days of us receiving the returned goods. If you purchased several items and are only returning part of the order, we will refund only the cost of the returned item(s).

Changes to Legal Notices

We reserve the right to change, update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time, without giving prior notice.

We occasionally link to external Third Party websites, these websites are not affiliated with Colette Moscrop. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of these websites.

We cannot guarantee or verify the contents of any externally linked website. Users should therefore note they click on external links at their own risk and Colette Moscrop cannot be held liable for any damages or implications caused by visiting any external websites.
